The benefits of cis-Vaccenic acid

Small amount presents in animals, especially ruminants fat. Cream containing 0.5% to 0.7%. Generally believed that cis-Vaccenic acid does not exist in vegetable oil. Some people think that is a human growth factor.
cis-Vaccenic acid is a naturally occurring trans fat found in the fat of ruminants and in dairy products such as milk and yogurt.It is the main trans fatty acid isomer present in milk fat.Mammals convert it into rumenic acid, a conjugated linoleic acid,where it shows anticarcinogenic properties.
